I'm now in Manizales and here around Zona Caferera it's just so beautiful. I mean, basically anywhere around Colombia seems to be beautiful. But here maybe even more. You have the mountains, like everywhere, but here they just happen to be amazingly green and everywhere.
Around Medellin it was almost like this. I did paragliding yesterday (finally!) and it was just amazing, as well as the views. And in the afternoon I took the bus here, and the journey was - again - amazing. You just see villages in the middle of nowhere, in the middle of mountains, with amazing views. And, as you see, amazing seems to be my favourite word today.
Today I woke up peacefully - lately seems like i've had great luck with dormitories or then im just getting used to sleep with noise around - and after a slow breakfast we, a girl I met a the hostel and me, decided to head to a coffee farm.
The views on the way and the farm itself turned out to be really nice. All the flowers, fruits, the hills around, the environment, the tranquility... And now I actually know where coffee comes from! Perfect easy saturday tour was finished with a good and cheap lunch with the stunning views. And! listen up! I did translate the whole tour into english. Thinking about how bad we did traducing back in Chile, this is amazing. Ha.
Tomorrow I'll be heading to Salento, another nice village in the coffee region, and then back to Bogotá before heading to south, to finally catch the flight back from Quito on the 24th.
